The 11th annual Trailing of the Sheep Festival, October 12 – 14, 2007 in Hailey and Ketchum, has recently been ranked among the Top 10 Fall Festivals in the World by MSN Travel! This year's festival celebrates the Peruvian culture's contribution to the sheep herding tradition with the sights, stories and sounds of Peru. Special music, food, dance, workshops, tours, lectures and an unforgettable parade. Other cultures represented in our sheep ranching are the Basque, Scots, Polish, and Celtic's.
